| (ii) | Appeals for review of examination results (FAIL/PASS courses) MUST BE made by completeing an appeal form at the Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation office, First Floor, Block A [use form TAR/EXA/RSL/F01(a)] not later than one (1) week after the official release of results. |
| (iii) | Any other appeal of examination results/matters shall be made in writing to the Division of Examinations and Credit Accumulation not later than two (2) weeks after the official release of the above results. |
| (iv) | The onus is on you to ensure that you make all reasonable attempts to resit or repeat all the failed courses within the duration of your programme of study. |
